Page 1 of Anyone waiting for a mico?

Unbeatable now say that they should get the players `sometime towards the end of the week` and ship them ` the beginning of next week`.

I rang them weds lunch time and they didn`t really seem to have any idea when the players will be coming in other than these vague assurances.

I hope this player is worth the wait

I am getting tired of waiting!!!!!! If this goes on any longer I will be cancelling my order and buying another model. They just keep putting it further and further back

i ordered one afer reading about it,canclled my order next day after finding shop locally which sold me multi region unit for
£189.00..could not be bothered with wait.

Suprise, suprise no players!

Due in `some time next week` (sound familiar?)

When pressed they said `probably before wednesday`

When pressed further he suddenly remembered that the flight was due in over the weekend.

Call me a sceptic but I`ll believe them when I see the player.

I got the same answers when I contacted them. They assured me that they are late bacause they have been `Delayed in Transit`. They said that they expect them in early next week, and would start dispatching them straight away.

I cant see them arriving at customer houses before Mon. 4th September at the earliest. Lets hope I`m wrong and we get them pretty sharpish!

I ordered the Mico six weeks ago, and finally gave up on them on Saturday after yet another weeks delay on delivery! I have had the Digitheatre DTS wired up and waiting for two weeks, Pro Logic is ok but I wanted to try DD5.1 & DTS. Anyway after cancelling the Mico I went to Argos and bought the Alba 103 ( in stock-no problem)
The result.......The Alba works great (multi region out of the box). DD5.1 sounds awesum better than I had hoped, and as for DTS ( The Bone Collector) it is even better. Has any body else got this combination ? I would be interested if you were as impressed as I was.
