Wow I forgot what that album sounded like!!

Have had a few days off work - no holiday - just decorating!

To help pass the hours stripping wallpaper I pulled out my vinyls and cranked up the stereo.

Put on Queen`s Sheer Heart Attack and A Day At The Races - I almost forgot how good these albums were and proceeded to do too much air guitar and not enough wallpaper stripping for the rest of the afternoon. Wife not best pleased!

Anyone else experienced this, sticking on a long lost record and letting it blow your mind. All that wasted youth!

I put Oasis` Definitely Maybe on the other day - it hadn`t been played for about a year.

Bloody good album, I tend to neglect some of my older stuff.

badboybez...........Couldn`t agree with you more...SHA & races are class albums!
I`m lucky enough to work in a factory ;) so i can listen to at least 7 albums a day & Queen are never too far away on my list........Give the miracle & innuendo another listen too!....Just brought a DTS amp (purely for "A night at the opera" & "the game" dvd-audio)...A night at the opera is fantastic in surround!
Congratulations on your taste! :D

Queen - yeurgh. Still, I suppose someone has to like them.

I dug out a load of old stuff the other day, including:

Fresh Fruit - Dead Kennedys, soundtrack from Repo Man, the first Air album, Pills Thrills`n`Bellyaches, In Reality - The Golden Horde, Eleventeen - Daisy Chainsaw, Strawberries and Machine Gun Etiquette - the Damned, an old tape with The Trumpton Riots on it, Black Metal - Venom, Ace of Spades and No Sleep - Motorhead, Let There be Rock and Highwayto Hell - AC/DC, It`s Alive - Ramones, Songs the Lord Taught Us - The Cramps ....just need to track down my old Frank Sidebottom stuff now...

Haven`t listened to all of it yet, but it does bring back memories...
