Page 1 of Table Top Dishwashers!

Hi,

Has anybody got or know of anyone that has a table top dishwasher that connects straight to the kitchen taps and know a model number and cost?

Ive been looking on-line for ages and no sites state that they explicitly do.

How about looking on a site that sells all things to do with caravanning and camping. Just a thought.

You can use any one ya like, just go to B&Q and buy a "Washine Machine Tap Connector" kit....think it`s about a fiver, and basically just a screw on connector for your sink taps that have the washine machine type (3/4 I think) thread at the bottom :)

Oh, and yeah...it can be used with table top/slimline/fullsize as you want, and if ya didn`t already know, you only need one ;)

(And ignore the manufacturers directions if it canhandle "up to 60 degrees hot intake"...connect it to the cold for better wash results)

My solution to the problem, get the pipe that come with the dishwasher, screw one end into the unit cut the other end off, get down to Homebase garden section and buy a tap fitting for a hose pipe, it usually need another connector which comes in a pack for around £7.98 slap it on the hose and bing bang bosh your sorted :D

I was thinking some kind of clever hose/tap dooflipper was the order of the day. Full steam ahead with this one if anyones intersted.

If you havn`t bought one yet, we have just walked back from Safeway and they are on offer for £69 or so.

Cardiff Llanishen store it was and they had loads of them.

Didn`t have a good look at them but must be a good deal as 3 were sold as I walked around.
