I go back on Wednesday 7 January...a welcomed break; although unfortunately I have a s***load of coursework and other schoolwork to do meanwhile. So I am split between :-) and :-(...

Actually, the riff-raff (;-)) break up next week: us normal people (;-)) have an extra week.

EDIT - No, I`m not in my final year. I am 15, and in the third year (known as the fifth form), which will be followed by Lower Sixth and then Upper Sixth. I take my GCSEs this summer.

Well I`m at uni and only do 9 hours a week so up yours Rik! Ha! And I don`t start back til February! Double ha! :D

Oh dear,
Rik my boy, you will have to learn that there is always someone out there better off than you.
I started my Xmas hols this year on 1st Dec and don`t go back to work until 5th
Jan. However, unlike you depending on handouts from your mum to keep you entertained over the ensuing festive period I get paid a very decent salary + very healthy
Xmas bonus. Also I havent taken all my hols, I`ve banked 17 days for next year- in effect
I could have been on hols from mid Nov.

So enjoy your homework and let the grown-ups enjoy the Xmas festivities.
