It`s only the last clue that made me think of him though :/

Quiz is from a local radio station - no more info other than what ive given

Sadly not John Travolta, he has already been guessed

First though of John Travolta.. but didn`t fit all the points.

But then.... Thought of Gene Kelly perhaps ?

3. economic major at Pittsburg University
4. Maybe a cop in a movie?/ worked in the photographic division of the naval air force/well he sure knows how to dance - singing in the rain etc...

well, his full name was Eugene Curran Kelly, which is Irish, of course, now part of Europe...but this is probably clutching at straws.

Well wasnt Ireland always part of the european continent? Unless it was moved here recently

With singing in the rain recently being in the news due to the death of Donald O`Conner - thats what made me think of him. But I can`t find the link to the cop connection.

Still it was interesting reading his bio, and finding out that his brother fred gave J. Travolta dancing lessons.
