I`ve found : thebookpeople.com to be extremely cheap for certain books.If u are searching for a specific book though it ain`t no good.

This is a second hand online book shop, but you can find some great bargains in near perfect condition. There`s always your local library of course!

Bookbrain is great. If you want to try globally, try Abebooks. It`s a good place to find new, rare, secondhand, OOP stuff too. I`ve bought second hand books from the US with no problems. The books are usually in top quality condition (as long as it`s described as so).
