Used to be on channel 4 i think and was about a girl whose dad was an alien and she used to talk to him thru this crystal thing in her bedroom and she could stop time by putting her fingers together............

I only remembered it because there was a cheesy B movie on Saturday night with Tiffany Amber Thiesen (hot) and the bird from Out of this world was in it too.......

One of those programmes you used to watch in the summer holidays....

I used to love this show when I was younger... or another one I always used to watch was (I can`t actually remember the name) about snow white waking up 100 years later in modern day America somewhere and getting into all sorts of hijinks with her family!

I remember this! School holidays, about 11.30am on weekdays, ITV. Classic stuff. Wasn`t Troy - erm, I mean Doug McClure in it?

I loved "Out of This World" - it was repeated on Trouble earlier this year.

The Snow White one was called "The Charmings"

Doug McClure was in it and the voice of the dad was played by Burt Reynolds.

Yeah! I used to watch Out of this World every week! Wouldn`t it be nice to be able to stop time? Everything`s possible then.
