I have used a Tens machine for a number of years and the Toning belts are simply a variation of this. I used it on my lower back for many years and for up to 16 hours a day and if they were as good at toning muscles as many believe I would have an extremely strong back. For all it is worth buy yourself a Total Gym or Total Trainer exercise system. Both work against a percentage of your body weight and allow you to work almost every muscle group in your body. Much more expensive at roughly £140 but by far the best bet.
I bought myself one a couple of years ago to try and begin an exercise regime that would not be to stressful as I seriously damaged 3 vertebrae and discs a few years ago. The Total Gym etc, have allowed me to do that.

Not as easy as slapping on a belt but without doubt one of the most efficient and effective methods of exercising your Whole body.

Try QVC or another of the Shopping channels, I think they have "Only a few left" which means a warehouse full.
