couldn`t be arsed to find the old thread so I started a new one. I`ve already contacted Bloomsbury and Scholastic about it, so any tabloid story about the subject from tuesday hence can be safely attributed to me. (smiles unnecessarily smugly)
It`s on page 446, in the paragraph where Harry talks about Dobby leaving the Malfoy`s house, he says it was 2 years ago that Dobby came to warn him about the events of that year.
It was THREE years previous that the events to which Harry refers happen, not two.

Floyd_dylan has got a great point you know, J K will be so gutted by her enormous mistake that she won`t write any more Harry Potter. Millions of children and adults will be gutted, and they`ll blame the person who pointed out that mistake ;) .....
