Since I was young I have seen scenes on movies set in an open park in North London, it`s quite high and overlooks, what looks like, the whole of London. I have always wanted to go there but haven`t a clue where it is...any suggestions?

It is probably Alexandra Park where the old palace is - the view from up there is pretty awesome, especially on a clear summer evening.

Yeah - Ally Pally has a good view. It was used the last episode of State of Play (when Stephen was confronted at the end), but you didn`t get much of the view.
Could be Hampstead Heath - that has a good view too.

I was thinking it must be Hampstead Heath as well. Otehrwise, Ally Pally would have been seen several times as well.

I was originally from "Sarf Lunnun" but I also believe it`s Hampstead Heath.

Could also be Horsenden Hill (sp?) in Wembley.
