Page 1 of No free delivery on Scan SC-2000 DVD Players!!!

Im just writing to say that I phoned scan and they refused to offer free delivery on the player as you lot had stated would be free on this site. They claim they stopped back orders over a week ago and free delivery at the same time.

I would just like to say if the facts could be checked out before they are posted here, because it makes customers look silly when they phone up claiming free delivery when its not available.

Well the staff member you spoke to is wrong.I have an email to our news desk: I quote:

"just a reminder,the scan player is back in stock tommorow
at £159 plus vat FREE delivery."

Tell him to check with Nilesh Raja at Scan.

We never post `rumours` on Reviewer without stating they are rumours - this is correct information.

I have contacted Scan on your behalf.

well I havent spoke to staff at Scan since Saturday but like I said he definitely said no free delivery, maybe he is wrong? But when did you get that email from Scan (i.e. what day did they say "just a reminder,the scan player is back in stock tommorow at £159 plus vat FREE delivery.") Obviously I would like to get free delivery then, and you say u contacted Scan on my behalf regarding free delivery, what did they say to this?

It IS free delivery.

We were sent that email on 14th, just in advance of the new delivery. I expect I will get a reply to my email today.

OK - I have a reply received from Scan.

Magik99 - you need to call Nilesh Raja on 01204 474702 - he would like clear it up. He has also sorted it out with the sales staff.

Basically the free delivery applies to people who mention the DVD Reviewer site when ordering.
