Page 1 of cheap printer II
General Forum
Stll do not have one just more questions.
I have found out that my USB ports are `dead` and as a result my cheap printer now has to be a parallel one. The only one I can find is an Epson C20, which comes in at £62. I may point out that the only printers I know are Epson so I am assuming there are cheaper one`s out there.
Anyway my query concerns the mighty E-bay. There are a couple of Epson 640`s (my old printer) on the go at the moment but as my only feedback regarding E-bay is `Damn you E-bay` from Homer Simpson I am a bit iffy about buying/ bidding for anything from there. Is it kosher?, anybody had any real bother?or am I better shelling out for a spanky new one with whatever guarantee this brings.
Any comments would be helpful
cheers
why not buy a PCI USB card for a couple of quid... that`ll save you the expence of a new printer
