Page 1 of Outlook Express Problem...Need Help Please!

Hello, can someone help me here.....

When i recieve attachments with my e-mail, i cant open them up,
eg. if i recieve a zipped file, i can see the zip in colour but the file size is faded out and i cant access it.

Anybody any ideas.

Heh I have the same problem. My solution was to use Eudora for those attachments I couldn`t access.

If your using Xp, when you have outlook express open goto Tools>>Options>>Security tab and detick the box that prevents files from being open or saved due to viruses. All will be well then.

I imagine it is the same if your using outlook 6 with Win 98 etc.
