Dog Soldiers************SPOILERS*********

Just sat and watched this and thought it was excellent, but could someone please explain the girl to me. I watched this scene 3 times and still none the wiser. If she was part of the family then how come she didnt change earlier, and if she was bitten by one of the werewolves when did this happen. She knew about them as she took the photo when they were in human form so why A) did they not eat her earlier, or B) did she not turn whenthe full moon was out. I know the answer is probably simple but so far i cant figure it out.

Cheers

how come she didn`t change earlier

:probably for convenience to the plot

if she was bitten by one of the werewolves when did this happen.

:off camera i.e. before the start of the movie.

why A) did they not eat her earlier:

she had already been `eaten` before she took the photo, werewolves are normal people in the day, don`t you know! Therefore, they were a normal family in the day hence the food still cooking from before change.

why did she not turn when the full moon was out

:probably for convenience to the plot

Cheers Rich

Ok when i asked why she hadn`t been eaten yet you said she had but it was through the day when the were human that the photo was taken. now if at the time of the photo she was a werewolf why then did she not change during the full moon that the film is based on. Does this make sense.

..and the answer is...the plot has a few holes. This is an effective, low budget horror that glosses over a few awkward holes with action, humour and pace.

Given the fact that this film aint available to buy til god knows when, i would say that this is the rental version. But if someones stupid enough to pay the £60 for a dvd with no sign of an extra then let them get on with it.

Just been on to Bensons and there selling this for £72 with this written below it.

Why Is Dog Soldiers (DVD) So Expensive?

Videos are often first released as rentals (that you often see in rental shops), and are priced accordingly.

Often, the videos will be released somewhere between three to six months later at a much more reasonable price.

Please note, however, that some titles (the less well-known ones particularly) may never be released at the cheaper price.

If you can`t wait, we can often source ex-rental, or rental copies that have never been used, at a much more reasonable price (usually around £30). Please contact us with your specific requirements.
