PlayAsia are taking preorders on most PS4 games for £38.76. Will this affect which DLC you have to download when it's released ? The games are region free but I believe on the PS3 if you have a US version of a game you must purchase the relevant content. 
Can`t answer for sure your question, but yes DLC is region specific on PS3
November 29th is European launch date (15th is USA) so maybe there will be little point importing games?
