What classic 80s game(s) would you like released for your games machine?

Not a revamped version of course.

For the PSP I would love to play the original Star Wars that was released on the Spectrum, where you was in the X Wing blasting away Tie Fighters and in the trench of the Death Star.

Doom - I love this game, ever since it first came out on the PC.

Megabomber Man - Still play this on the Megadrive silly yet addictive.

Splatterhouse II - A good game, but I think they should revamp it just a bit, so that the Jason character has a better chance of surviving with a weapon instead of just using his fists.

Dun Darach a total blast from the past, this would be so cool if someone brought this out again for the PSP, as well as Heavy on the Magic, Underwurld, and quite a few of the Ultima games.

I`d like to see a US Gold and Ocean compilation (from back when the box artwork was much better than the game) just for old times sake, not to mention a decent Sega and Capcom classics release. I`d really love to see a compendium of the classic 2D shooters and beat-`em-ups, too.

And because we don`t know how we`ll be charged for the Revolution`s download service, I`d probably have an orgasm if Nintendo released a classics collection for the `Cube.

I loved the Robocop game on the Speccy, I remember being impressed when a voice shouted Robocop, well it sounded more like elbow cop, but it was still cool.

They do Gauntlet on the Midway collection, along with paperboy, and the Mortal Kombat trilogy.

My mate had a Neo Geo, he was a massive games fan, and loved all things that came out of Japan, such as the Super Famicom, and had a Neo Geo, which I thought was really cool, he also had another one called a PC Engine, which was really impressive (at the time), it came with a CD drive, but also a machine that sat next to it where you inside a small card, I remember thinking at the time, how can all that information be in a small card, and why isn`t it out in the UK!!!

I do remember a Vietnam game for the neo geo which I played a lot, and being impressed because it was the first time I heard a computer game talk.

I would love them to bring out the original arcade version of Return of the Jedi, I remember it being totally different from the first two. It had more "comicy" graphics compared to the other two which had Vecta type graphics (???). And also the Electron version of Hunchback.

By the way, now that the XBOX is so old I don`t mind fooling a round with it, what`s the best way to get an emulator for it and how do you get the games? I would love to play some of the old Speccy games again. My kids would laugh their backsides off.

There are both Speccy and C64 emulators available somewhere...
