Page 1 of Clan Help Wanted

I am looking to start my own clan, Unreal Tournament 2004 mainly. I just wondered if anyone had any tips on what would be the best way to start.

I`m wanting to start my own because i`m fed up of all the little kids getting so competitive

Any help would be very greatfully recieved

Find a small group people who want the same things from the clan as you do, is the best tip I would say.

Oh and democracies don`t work, so make sure you have one good leader who knows what they should or shouldn`t be doing, and also one that wants whats best for the clan members rather them him or herself. :)

Obviously a clan website, good name (Tortured Souls is *still* taken before you ask :p) and IRC channel on Quakenet are compulsory.

thank you, i have most of those but i cant find out how to create an IRC channel on quakenet.

Anyone have any ideas?
