Page 1 of PS2 chipping in Newcastle

I`m looking for somewhere in the newcastle area that chips PS2`s. I`m after a chip that plays both back-ups and imports. Anyone know where i can get this done please?

get yerself the flip top lid n boot disc bloke @ nitex cfairs installs em while u wait think about £30ish next one is @ cellnet 31st august or might be 1 up gatesahead etc usually looking @ £60 mark to chip em

i got mine chipped with the Messiah. cost me £110.

nitex fairs are up here in the north east there is one @ gosforth park checkout there web site for moew info www.nitex.com the flip lid lets u play back ups on cdr dvdr imports etc the stall on the fair will do it while u wait never had a problem with my mates i like xbox too much over the ps2 but if i had 1 id go for it

You can always try the PS 2 slider.
This doesn`t invalidate your warranty like the Flip lid (The case remains intact).
It costs around £25 comes with DVD boot disc and CDR boot disc.
Apparently all u have to do is remove the front edge off the disc tray.
