GBA Flash Cards

I`ve been hearing more about GBA Flash Cards - any body got one or know about them? Are they easy to use? Where is the best place to buy them and how much?

Try http://www.gbax.co.uk - EZFlash is one of the best as far as I know. You`re looking at spending at least £100.

As far as I know they`re very easy to use - just drag and drop, so long as you know where to download the games from. You can fit multiple games on one cartridge (though the Flash cartridges are expensive).

Thanks Ben - do you rate them? Any chance Nintendo will put some copy protection on their carts so that they can`t be copied in the future?

I know that some reputable dealer like Lik Sank have stopped selling the flash card for obvious reasons (Nintendo has been losing millions in sales). The Flash card are usually used by the game developers but others just downloads ROMs from the internet and never pay for another game. They do work ok, the only hurdle is to find a ROMs site that work ok.

There are many "reputable" rom sites, but best thing to do is to download an eMule downloading client and type in GBA rom or something like that. To download, games usually take about 10mins on a 56k connection, and next to nothing on Broadband (they`re about 4-8mb a game). You can download rom packs though, with hundreds of zipped roms in it.

Have a look on Sharereactor.com to find out about eMule if you`re interested in roms. Oh, and yes I would recommend Gbax.co.uk - though I`ve never used them I think many people have on DVD Reviewer for the GP32`s (I think RJS bought one?). Do a search on here and see!
