DVD Region X PS2 (RCE)

Hi guys

Am I right in thinking that Region X allows the PS2 to play RCE titles.

I was told that Blaze`s Region Free was the only one that could play RCE, surely they are pretty much the same thing.

Any help welcomed

yep plays fine on my ps2, resident evil R1
