Anybody solved A.I. disc 2 problem on Wharfedale750

Warner Brothers region 2 A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) wouldn`t play on my Wharfedale 750. Disc 1 (film) would go to menu, then nothing with any of the remote buttons. Disc 2 (bonus) just gave empty dark screen. Went through lots of forums looking for fix. Looked at their firmware fix, it lists several different chips fitted in the Wharfedale. Mine was the CS=5EE8, one of the early ones, so I thought for 30 US dollars (about 20.00pounds GBP) I would give it a try. said if it didn`t work, return it for a refund.
Delivered next day, simple to fit and it cured my players problem with disc 1. (decided to keep the firmware fix)
Disc 2 still no joy.
Is it the same issue that affected Gladiator disc 2.
Does anyone know if Warner Brothers have said they will redo disc 2, if so any address for returns and replace as per Gladiator.
