What`s The Cheapest R2 DVD You`ve Bought From the High Street?

I recently picked up Rollerball for £4.99 from PC World no less.
OK I know it`s an old film (From my era !) and it was on TV last week, but for that price who could argue.

I`ve also paid £7.99 for Evita from Woolies (as a single purchase, not a buy one get one etc)

So anybody else picked up any single purchase bargains from the High street?

99p Friends series 5 episodes 17-23.
Almost got 3 others at the same price (was a till error, supposed to be £7.99) but my cashier beat me to `em!

By the way...that was another clue to who I work for! ;oÞ

Aha, Jimbo, you`re the infamous Dixons employee who bags all the end of liners for 99p each then, are you ?

Well, I got Sleepers from Dixons, Nott`m for a £5 note a fortnight ago. I keep checking every week and this week some woman beat me to Full Monty (£9.99) - thank God for that!!!

Jimbo, when`s the best day to check this deal out ? (We`ve got two in Nottingham, and another 5 minutes away on the train in Beeston)

I managed to get the Carlton Hamlet for minus 1p from a local Currys :-)

(There was a buy 2 and get £5 off promotion but they had already cut the price of the disc to 4.99)

Jimbo have you been getting your chicken run for £13.50 then and maybe MI2 for the same price, we didn`t have any 99p titles instock when they lowered the price.

I have never confirmed nor denied that I work for DSG, just that I have used them for purchases.

And yeah...Chicken Run for £13.50, and Perfect Storm for £13.99

Dunno about MI2, ours was higher priced than that.
