This DVD is Cert U yet still has the word s h i t said in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Which is annoying when you watch it with your 6 year old son!

Are the picture and sound much better than the previous DVD editions?

Which one are you talking about? There are two remastered editions, the R1 from Sony and the R2 from Metrodome. The R1 has better audio, but the R2 has better video. The extras are more plentiful on the R1, but more informative on the R2. Personally I`d probably go for the R2 if I had to choose, but I have both. I did a comparison review a while back.

R2 Transformers: The Movie (Remastered Edition) DVD Cert U is actually Disc 1 of the Ultimate Edition Cert PG.

Some one at Metrodome seems to have messed up here!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone give me the low down on this new release? Is it different to the other two and worth getting?

Chris, I read your post above but I am still bloody confused and then someone posted and said they`d mixed up the versions or something?

I was referring to the fact I recently reviewed it, but without trying to pimp it with a direct link out of respect for the site owners. Metrodome didn`t mess anything up either, the BBFC rated it `U` and the only reason the two disc set is a PG is because of the multiple uses of the word s*** (once is acceptable in a U according to the guidelines).

The s**t in Transformers the Movie Is hugely well known, I`m surprised you didn`t know. (Are you a Transformers fan) I do think they should make a larger than normal warning on the cover though.. for the kids...



The reason I don`t have a Wii? It`s just a Gamecube which makes you tired quickly.
