Check play.com out:

Haven`t compared prices with anywhere else yet

Play isnt bad but check first to see if the disc is region coded or not. If it isnt then use either Play USA, Ebay or Movietyme to get the disc for a better price

its absolutley disgusting - I went for Superman Returns when it was supposed to be out about a month ago and they wanted 28 quid - I got the region free version for 17.
I have just had a look at movetymes website - they have a link at the top to region free blu rays so it will save you trying to work out which is which if you want a look

For when I bought my HD DVDs in the UK, I went to Sendit.com. For US copies, I`ve bought from Amazon.com, who I really recommend. Apart from that, Axel Music are supposed to be good - as are DVD Pacific.

It`s worth checking the "Used and new" prices against both Blu-ray and HD-DVD discs at Amazon.co.uk as people like Cayman and Thermite UK tend to sell a lot of the discs at around £12-£13 for the cheaper ones and they are US copies so they take up a lot less shelf space. It`s best to do a search on the title you want as Amazon list the UK and US versions separately.
You need to be wary of Region Coding on Blu-ray discs so it`s best to check the following listing to make sure that the disc will play over here:
