I can`t wait for this - it`s 3 hours long and going to be chocka with extras. The clips I`ve seen looking visually stunning.
The soundtrack is extremly powerfull too - it just sounds too good to be true.

Same here! I can`t remember a film that I have looked forward to so much, mouth watering ,hope it matches the book. sounds too good to be true...that the only worry! still fingers crossed.

I`ve read that the 3 films is going to be over 10 hours long all together, this is going to be the best trilogy of all time. If all 3 are up to the standard, it`ll be better then the Godfather Trilogy. And I can`t remember the last time I waited for a film with this much anticipation (which cuold be a bad thing if it turns out to be EP 1).
But Peter Jackson said he has made the film he wanted to make and that can only be a good thing. And with a story that powerful, it has to be at least half decent.
