Page 1 of Region 4 THE ROCK - CRITERION or not ?

It may very well be me being stupid, but I was browsing ezy and crave and saw that they had "The Rock" down for future release and it looks the same as the region 1 Criterion edition - - does this mean it will be the same but without the criterion sticker (as happend recently with armageddon) and with a significantly cheaper price? heres the link

The cover looks the same but the specifications tell a different story. It will probably be the same as the recent R2 reissue of The Rock:-
