Page 1 of Which Land of the Dead DVD do I buy???

There appears to be 3 or 4 versions available - I know it`s not supposed to be that great but I want to see it...didn`t go to the cinema so I can buy the DVD!

Don`t bother with the theatrical version, the `unrated directors cut` has more gore and an added scene which, whilst not adding much to the overall picture, does round off Cholo`s character more. I have the R1 version which has a superb DTS track and a transfer I can`t fault.

Didn`t see it at the cinema as we were on holiday on the release and I wasn`t going to pay full price to see it in one of the smaller screens.

Cheers - will see if I can get hold of the R1 directors.

I liked it though continuing the "The living dead are misunderstood they just need a hug and some loving" theme from Day of the Dead was pushing it a bit

Romero is working on a fifth `Dead` instalment which will be released in 2007, apparently.

Well, just watched the `Directors` cut version of this film...liked the movie but one thing puzzles me.

The disc state 1hr 33mins run time (93 mins) and I have seen reviews saying 99mins. The counter on my DVD shows 1hr 28 mins at the end?? I didn`t leave it to end of the credits but pretty sure there can`t be 10 mins of them!
