I think you`ll find that your sources are mistaken clayts - there is absolutely, positively, 100% dts on the new orbital dvd. And almost everything is in 16:9 full frame (1.78:1) aspect ratio.
look out for....satan, satan, satan....and the 9 bob notes.

Is "Satan" on it then ? Thought it was "The Altogether" album only ?
The specs come from Play 247, so I really hope they`ve got them wrong. Similarly, most places selling it say the length of the feature is only 50 minutes, which is clearly a nonsense as the album clocks in at over an hour. Also, the version of "Meltdown" is the full scale 24 minute workout, as opposed to the edited version on the CD.
Quite frankly, whatever format it comes in, I`m having it - can`t wait to hear "Tension" in 5.1, DD or otherwise !!! And I really hope the video for "Oi!" is the same one as the tour - Pacman being chased by various electrical appliances - fantastic !

heres what i know is true... 1) FACT - main album play through is just under 50 mins. Don`t know why this is different to the album, go figure. 2) FACT - Meltdown is approx 20 mins. 3) FACT - the video for "Oi" is not the Pacman video you`ve seen, but a specially crafted `animated` one which is very interesting.... 4) FACT - Tension Live is on the disc.
as for satan... all will make sense when you watch the entire dvd.

Hurrah, Orbital at last! Something NEW to annoy my neighbours with, they must be really sick to death of Pearls girl vs Brocks sub.

why can`t we have more albums like this, Hybrids last effort would be a real stormer in 5.1!
Perhaps older record labels like r&s, react, Guerilla etc. should consider releasing DVDs in 5.1 format. Kinda like greatest hits but more epic.
Also any BT album would rock. Please post your favourite candidate/s for house, techno etc albums for the 5.1 treatment.
