my lg is set to region o....i inserted charlies angels ( rce) and it played no problems

The LG3350 rocks
I have had no problems with rce at all.This includes Miss Congeniality reg1 and 6th day reg 1.

Same here with my lg3200 i bought yesterday - hacked it for region 0 and it plays the RCE the 6th Day region 1 no problem.
