Page 1 of Buffy The Vampire Slayer Boxset questions

I am looking to complete my Buffy The Vampire Slayer collection (I need seasons 6 and 7) and I have noticed that these boxsets are priced at £27.99 on CD-WOW. Is this because they are promotional boxsets, and if so, what are the differences.

Also will the Season boxsets still be available after the release of the mega Boxset (1-7) in November? My friend seems to think they wont, is there any truth in this?

Complete Buffy boxset released mid November.

RRP: £199.00 - but amazon (UK) have it for about the £135.00 mark + free shipping.

I`ve just flogged my individual boxsets 1 - 5 on e-bay and got back £124.00 :D

So ordered the complete boxset and its only cost me £10.00ish - far cheaper than buying the last two seasons!!!!

I ordered Angel season 4 from choices direct at the current promotional price and the packaging was exactly the same sort as the previous seasons of buffy and angel.

I believe that this is the last time you`ll be able to buy the sets in their "collector`s packaging", after that, they`re gonna be rereleased in the Amaray M-lock packaging you see a lot of nowadays (in particular the rereleases of The X Files dvds)
So even though the new ones wont match your current set, they`ll be no doubt cheaper

If you dont care about packaging you could always get the ones that DVDCrave have, its about £21 for Season shipped, got my sister Season 2-7 a few weeks ago and she is very pleased with them.
