The above films play with no problem on my DVD player which is, by the way set to Multi Region
Thomas The Tank Engine - The magic railroad (not tested, but would pass I`m sure!)

I also found this out much to my surprise.

I think the macrovision is already disabled on this machine, so you`ve no need for a hack. Try it and let me know! I`m considering this machine so please tell me if it`s any good or has any problems.
