What´s the difference between Braindead and Dead Alive? Has anybody got a clue? I´ve seen both DVDs but it seems concerning the running time they are equal...

I thought they were different movies?
Braindead is one sick, twisted and hilarious movie though.
The bit with the lawn mower and the two zombies doing it has me in stitches all the time.
Those crazy New Zealander`s huh?

Ok let me clear this up for you....
BrainDead is the British name for the DeadAlive ( The American title)
So in the UK, its known as BrainDead, and in the US, its called DeadAlive. Same movie accept........
BrainDead, is totally un-cut, and DeadAlive has the odd snip to the gorrier scenes.
And I think you should know. There is another movie out in the US called BrainDead, that is in no way related to DeadAlive. So dont buy BrainDead from America, becuase it wont be what your looking for. If you really want it on DVD, buy DeadAlive, only avaliable in America.
