Just seen this and it makes for pretty unpleasant viewing. One of those films you have to see but can`t imagine wanting to watch it again. Still it`s a lot better than Along Came Polly!

A pretty offensive remark, moreso at this time of the year, it being Easter.

I don`t see how it`s offensive. I thought it was quite amusing, and not disrespectful to the subject of the film. That`s my two shekels` worth anyway. :/

I didnt think the comment was offensive, watched the film yesterday and thought it was very good. Loved the way they left it wide open for a sequel.

How was that offensive? :/

Anyway, I`d probably agree. It`s a film that you sort of have to see but will not really want to watch again. And the only way I was affected was that after seeing it I felt I had just watched an innocent man have his skin whipped to shreds, beaten and whipped again and then nailed to a cross :/

I think some people need to just take a deep breath and stop taking everything so seriously. I can`t believe there`s another debate over whether something is funny or not! It`s a joke, clearly; I don`t find it offensive at all.

No, I didn`t find it offensive - although I`m sure some people with deep Christian beliefs may, especially considering the time of year.

I wonder if the DVD of this film will have any Easter eggs? I mean , if it was`nt for Jesus their would be no Easter anyway! Pretty apt would`nt you say? :p

As Ben or whoever said, take a looooooong deep breath and don`t take things at face value. A jape is a jape, leave it at that and don`t get emotional - we`re all here to have fun. :)
