The Matrix has had numerous head butts removed from the British Version, because as we all know, a headbutt is alot deadlier than an a machine gun.

Fight Cub had the Angle face beating removed because it was just one beating to many.

And as far as I remeber, Blade has had something like 5 minutes chopped off it.(can anyone tell me what was taken out ? )

What other DVDs out there have cuts to them ?

and dont listen to the BBCF, they claim that the Matrix was passed un-cut too, which it WAS NOT !

The BBFC only lists cuts that they have insisted on in order to achieve the rating given, the site won`t list cuts made beforehand by the distributor in order to get the rating they prefer.

In the cinema, the difference between a 12 and 15 certificate can make a big impact on box office takings, hence why studios often pre-cut material before submission. Then when it comes to the video release, they often use the same cinema cut simply to save money and effort restoring cut scenes and having to resubmit it.
