I assume you mean the Italian cut with the extra 8-11 minutes of footage and by the looks of thing the Brazilian version which was the earliest release is the shorter version as is the Italian edition for that matter so it seems that 229 is about the longest version available (though this could be 229 after Pal speedup, difficult to tell)

The 3 hour 40 minute version is released in Region 2 on the 23rd of June.

and is on all the main DVD sellers websites as such, in fact I don`t think you can get the 139 minute version on DVD
