I`ve got the R4 3 disc set pre-ordered. It`s not available until May. Do you think that`s because it will be the re-framed versions?

Basically, parts 2+3 were stupidly misframed, cutting off some of the picture. This is most noticable in part 2, where doc shortens marty`s futuristic jacket. Doc`s hand dissappears when he presses the button. Basically, it shouldn`t. I don`t know if the ones in the shops now are the altered version, I knwo the code on the disc is different, what was the alteration?

Can`t seem to find a phone number or e-mail address to get in touch with Universal to see about getting my discs exchanged.

If anyone can help that would be great.

Yeah sure no problem, the phone number is 08705 900 909.
And their address is:

Universal Music and Film, (Reff bttf) Chippenham Drive, Kingston, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. MK10 0AT

Hope this helps, anyway sent a letter to them on wednesday with my reciept and got a reply back this morning saying they`ll be sending replacements out this month, talk about quick service.
