I just bought the excellent 24 series one on region 2 and remember people sending discs off for replacement. Can anyone tell me what the problem was with this set and whether the set i`ve just bought will be the same as everyone elses or whether Fox re-did the whole set.
Thanks
Jon

Who did you get it from?
I was looking at this at Play tonight, trying to make up my mind if I wanted it or not, & I noticed it says there-
"Please note: We have been advised that issues regarding missing footage on earlier releases of this title have now been corrected"

So, I guess it's down to whether or not you were sold old stock or not. If it's an online retailer, e-mail them & ask

I never saw it on TV first time but like many others bought the set on the strength of people`s opinions and it is excellent.

I`m watching it on BBC Choice again and can anyone tell me what the differences are between what was aired and what was on the first lot of DVD`s. I seem to remember it`s disc 5 & 6 but not sure what episodes.

Anyone know?

If we told you right now it might spoil your enjoyment of the series, so watch it through its entirety and then ask again.

Tell me please - it won`t spoil it - I`ve got the DVD`s.

You could direct me to a website that has the info if you don`t want to spoil it for anyone else!!!

:o)

OK it seems to be the last 5 episodes that were affected. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/tv_and_radio/2212494.stm

Does anyone know if the current showing of 24 on BBC Choice will be showing the episodes without the cuts?
