if you can wait a couple of months,theres a region 1 release coming out.
Supposedly with extras/documentary.
Depends how desperate you are :)

I have a sneaking suspicion that Predator 2 SE will turn out to be Region 1 equivalent of Region 2 Predator SE. Confused? Watch this space.
