Page 1 of Blade 2 ...is it any good?

Just read an excellent review of this film on R2 ...what does everyone else out there think of it? Personally, i haven`t seen the film ......but very tempted to buy it!

Is it on par with "The Matrix."

Its a great action flick but not a classic. lots of fight scenes etc. It was good to watch but i dont think i`d wanna pay good money to own it. If its going cheap i.e about 8 quid then i`d probably buy it. The matrix is far better. This comes no where near it. Its worth renting first cos it might not be your cup of tea.

Take it for what it is and it`s superb stuff, really slick - and technically astounding.

I personally thought it was very good, sharp picture great sound, and a decent enough storyline. Best action flick ive seen in a while.

Westy just read your reviews for blade 2 and monster inc, good work fella. couldnt agree more on both counts.

But what is a Previe? Westy?

I thought it was great too, watched Resident Evil just before Blade 2 and Blade 2 kicked Resident`s ass!

Great film, sound`s fantastic - just don`t take it too seriously though!!

Must have about the highest body count of any flick I`ve seen, unless anyone can think of any others - Braindead perhaps?

Not as good as the matrix but then again what is.Blade 2 is very good if you liked the first one you,ll enjoy this also.I have region 1 version if region 2 is not cut get it...

The ninja scene where you first see danny-john-jules is fantastic!
