FRIENDS BOXSETS AT CD-WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

colseddon (Competent) posted this on Thursday, 8th August 2002, 14:23

I have seen the friends Boxsets on pre-order on CD-WOW all received later this month.
They have series 1-7 all priced at 28.99 each.
It says they are region 2&4.

Can someone tell me whether they are the same ones that sell in the UK high streets for over double this price?

And is this the best place to get them or are their others better than this.

I recently got Series 1 region1 from movietyme for 29.99 but this has a few extras that these others don`t, but the region 1 versions are still only up to releasing series 1 and i doubt i can wait for them.

What does anyone else recommend?

Cheers.

Anymore ideas?

Would CD-WOW orders be charged import taxes?
I`ve noticed they now put the correct value of products on packaging???

Cheers.

You said you got the Friends series one box set region one. I have just got it did you have any problems with it?

The qulity is very jeky and stuttery a bit weird to watch?

Look forward to your reply. Also any further luck in finding the other box sets?

Sorry took so long to reply.
Mine is a bit strange watching it, it seems as if sometimes when they move the screen looks odd.
Don`t know why, any ideas anyone!

cheers.

I think what you mean is when the frame suddenly speeds up say when a door is slammed shut, and then goes slower again. This is due to the way certain US shows are filmed I think.
