The Mummy and The Mummy Returns - Ultimate Edition Box Set for £17.49

arbie_jay (Mostly Harmless) posted this on Monday, 3rd June 2002, 16:12

I was only trying to get a cheap copy of the first film and found an excellent offer for both (on 4 DVDs - 2 are full of extras):

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00005NZIP?tag=myrev09-21 (EDITED REFERRAL CODE)

50% off! Price excludes postage and packagaing (about £1.50?)

If your *NOT* already an amazon.co.uk customer you can get it for £12.49+postage by using a £5 off voucher by emailing me at EDITED REFER-A-FRIEND E-MAIL ADDRESS (as you stand to gain a £5 voucher for everyone you refer : against Forum Rules !!) . A voucher will be sent via amazon only if your not already an existing customer.

Didn`t actually know that referrels are not allowed. Have read the rules but it seemed a bit ambigious about the topic.

In that case, go to: http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00005NZIP?tag=myrev09-21

(No referrel).

Hmm... CD-WOW Region 1.. Better casing... no P&P.... may go through them then.

The Region 1 version from CD-Wow is only a 2-disc edition - great, but Amazon`s 4-discer must be a better bet at practically the same price.

Naturally I made a note of the address before I deleted it (and I`m an existing customer so he won`t get a £5 voucher in return).

Nah, only joking : please read the Forum Rules : you broke ithem twice mate !!!

Thanks for the heads up on the offer, mind : still very good at £17.49

Consider my bottom well and truly spanked. From now on, no referrels.

Shame that some people could have benefited from the £5 off as well as myself though. Anyway people could get one without being referred by a friend who may also get £5 themselves?

Too true.

As I said, the bargain as it stands is a very good one, and I hope that some people who do have the vouchers benefit from the deal.

Add this code at the till :

BYPK-A4H7-E3P5

It`s a generic £3 off £15 and over code that should work.

There, that brings it down a bit, doesn`t it ?!

Now that`s better - £14.49 for a 4 DVD Box set :)

Just wondering, where is the code from? Better than those £1 off codes which people used to get from cartons of pringles.
