having recently purchased this machine because of the easy multi-region hack,which works brilliantly on both sound and picture. however i have noew found that the player has a serious flaw. when connected to phono plugs on the rear of a surround amp the left channel is louder than the right channel.. is there any hack out there to get to the service menu of the machine(not the region hack)to balance out the analogue channels.. as i have not got a ac3 amp i connected the machine using a co-axial to the input of a minidisc player,and discovered the sound channels are perfectly balanced. can anyone please help with this problem???
