Has anyone tried to use TESCO.com for dvd`s or videos etc all i get is a screen saying.......

It`s not just you. The site has been closed down since about midnight on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. I guess Tesco`s offer was getting the ass ripped out of it... :)
As I was saying in another thread, I managed to get the Godfather box set for £38, about 15 mins before the site was closed !

It`s only the search facility which isn`t working.
If you scan through the catergories you can find most titles and order them no problem.
I just ordered "The Godfather Trilogy", at £38.28 you have to don`t you!
Hah! a mate got it last week for £55 or something, what a pilchard!

Hm... now it seems to have gone totally tits up.

This site is doing strange things. When I submit my order I get `Unexpected error`.

I ordered Godfather box set 10 minutes ago, it`s not in their box set section, its under feature films cost £38 odds.
I also got Mario Cart for GBA at £21 odds, pretty good price also.
Total cost was just over £61 inc £1.75 P&P, watch out you may get charged this for each item, there is a button to click on to get your order sent together and save £1.75 for each additional item ... and there`s a lot you can do with £1.75.... Halfway toward 3 litres of Cider.. O`ARR O`ARR

I`ve never seen any of the Godfather films before, but it seems to be very popular especially at the price at which Tescos are offing it at. What makes this an excellent boxset?

Both Godfather box set and Mario cart for GBA arrived this morning (Saturday) after ordering late Thusday night.
Their web site may have been struggling but their deliveries certainly have not been. 10 out of 10 for this, although it did take me 2 days to gain access to DVDs within Tesco`s site. Still a bargain though....
Reminder- The VAT offer end on the 18th of November for those who still have not ordered.
