I have read elsewhere that there is a very small chance that this may not be available for UK users so if it isn`t then you can create a 2nd Microsoft Passport by signing up for a new hotmail account using any USA address. Just google for it.

Then when you login using that passport you will have access to all the US content.

Forgot to say that you can begin downloading on August 23rd - Next Wednesday.
