a likely setting for a comedy but trust me it`s hilarious

I have had enough of CD Wow they have just cancelled another 3 of my orders. I will never use them ever again. >:(

Have to admit used cdwow a few times in the past and had no problems...

I only used one voucher which was £1.00 off and that was sent to my email address.

Maybe they have blacklisted me, but still there are plenty of better retailers out their who don`t have a problem with my money.

Well never had a problem in the past with cd-wow.
They have now cancelled my order as well. >:(
They have also lost a good customer.
As this seems not to be a isolated incident.(Other ppl also having orders cancelled)
I think I`ll send them a snotty email and point out their shortcomings.

I find it incredibly patronising when a company lists an item for a certain price, and then when they realise they may have priced it incorrectly they fob us off with a lame, item is out of stock reply.

Cd Wow did this with Smallville. I ordered it for £20.49 and they informed me my order was cancelled as it was out of stock. Surprise, Surprise a few days later they raised the price to £31.99 and they now have it in stock.

Even though I used to spend approximately £100 with them a month they still felt the need to cancel my orders. I`m sure Play are enjoying my money now because CD-Wow won`t be getting a dime from me ever again.
