Page 1 of an excellent little dvd player at currys

Matsui dvd 227 £24.99 ( reduced from £29.99) i brought one yesterday they are almost as small as a portable player,and can be made multi region by "remote hack" a nice little unit, no screen though, settings all to be done by osd

I got me one of these a few weeks ago.. Works v.nicely

nice little things arn`t they..?, i was a bit dubious at first with it having no "screen" but after making it multi region, i must say it seems to play everything i have put in it ( including cd-rw)

I found it odd that Currys are selling re-furbished dvd players for £24.98 but the same model NEW is only £24.99

bladerider, or anyone else, do you know if it will play RCE discs? I don`t have any.. so far as I know, but fancy getting the Larry Sanders series one boxset off play..

Anyone remember that portable DivX/DVD player which was selling for £49.99 a few weeks back in Lidl.

A little bird told me it`s going to have a price crash on the run up to xmas ;)

Would be nice if they had more than 5 in stock per store though, never seem to have many in!

they are advertising those dvd players for £19.99 again here, but when you try to go and get one, as soon as the doors open they have " all been sold" :(
