Even if you have never used them before they won`t send you a Free DVD - I have been chasing mine for 3 months now to no avail. Totally rubbish - they had a fire in September and compensated people with a miserly 1 week for free when in reality you lost nearly a month of proper service
Can whole heartedly recommend that you steer well clear of this offer!!
