This Redemption Code cannot be used from your PayPal account.

The £5 code is a valid one, I got the email and used it.

Perhaps it can only be used if you actually had the email

Checked my Ebay messages, and I also got this code. Pity it can only be used for purchases costing more than £20 as I generally don`t risk spending more than that on ebay.

Yes ebay`s buyer protection policy is about as protective as a crash helmut made out of jelly. Has taken me several months to try and get a refund on an item I never received, and after numerous emails, still no developments.
