Page 1 of Se7en 2-disc : tenner from Jungle plus free P & P

Okay, a bit long-winded, but worth the effort.

Use this Lloyds/TSB portal to gain entry to Jungle :

Then go to the normal Jungle home page - click on `Fathers Day`

Select the Se7en DVD in the Films section (don`t worry about the picture - it most definitely is the 2 disc set !), go to basket, and the P & P (normally £1.49) is subtracted.

Not bad, huh ?

Only problem is they`ve got none in stock at present, but rest assured they`ll get some - they came up with the goods last time round anyway !

Incidentally, you don`t need to pay with a Lloyds cheque/VISA - I didn`t, but the order has been confirmed by e-mail.

unfortunately there has been an error on the site. We do not have the
two disk available unfortunately.
I can arrange a full return and refund but canot get the two disk out to
you.

Sorry for the confusion caused, please advise if you want to return and

Im sorry but that is not acceptable to me,I have been charged for the 2 disc set and been invoiced for it too.
I am demanding they send me the 2 disc set,fair enough mistakes are made but they are usually sorted out before you are charged and invoiced
and the goods delivered,it even says 2 disc set on the invoice that came with the disc.
I have never bothered when companies have made mistakes before ,Ive just said nevermind,this time I think I have got a leg to stand on and if they dont send the disc I ordered I`m going to trading standards.

I am sorry but your offer is not acceptable.
I ordered the two disc version of seven and I have been charged and invoiced for it.I am returning the single disc version that I received today and expect the two disc version to be sent back in return.
If I do not receive the two disc set I will take the matter up with trading standards.

Seems like they`re well and truely stumped on this one. If the invoice clearly states the 2 disc set and you`ve been charged and you paid for it in full then that`s what they should provide you with. Let us know what happens...

Havn`t got my disc yet, but I would say my order tracking clearly displays the stock code of 3007798 which is the double disc and not 3007762 which is the single disc. Interestingly they do have the double disc set in stock and available for order. Might be worth pointing this out.
