Page 1 of Argos - old catalogue clearance list now online!

Okay - most of you must remember the buzz that surrounded the Argos RO list last year when Argos brought out their new catalogue and sold off discontinued stock at 75% off if you were able to find stock of any discontinued items on their in-store system.

Well, Argos are a little wiser today and, now that their new catalogue is out, they have decided to come clean and publish their clearance list on their website for everyone to see (not just the savvy internet community). The discounts aren`t as great this time around (previously all items would be at 75% off) but there are still some very good bargains to be found nonetheless - many at over 50% off.

Many of the items on the clearance list are only available to be reserved for store pick up (subject to availability in your local store, of course). As before, if you like the look of a bargain, you`d best grab it with both hands as it`s likely to be gone if you wait too long.

My mistake - I was trying to be clever by abbreviating the URl as much as possible - the URL worked for me without the additional fields attached but then stopped working once I had cleared my browser cookies.

Anyway, my OP has now bee amended with the full (working) URL.
